    Concierge medicine is a healthcare model where doctors provide enhanced care, including 24/7 access, longer appointments, and a comprehensive approach to healthcare. This is typically offered for a monthly, quarterly, or annual fee.

  • What services are covered under the membership fee at Guardian Health Direct?

    Our membership fee covers a comprehensive range of primary care services, including preventive care, wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute care, minor procedures, and health coaching. It also includes 24/7 access to your doctor via call, text, email, or video chat.

  • Do I still need health insurance if I enroll in the membership?

    While our clinic covers a broad range of primary care services, it does not cover specialist visits, hospital stays, or emergency care. Therefore, we recommend that our patients maintain a form of insurance or health coverage for these needs.

  • How many patients do doctors at Guardian Health Direct see in a day?

  • How does Guardian Health Direct handle prescriptions?

    Our doctors can write prescriptions as needed for our patients. We can send these directly to your pharmacy of choice.

  • What if I need to see a specialist or require hospitalization?

    While we provide comprehensive primary care, there may be instances where a specialist or hospital care is necessary. In these cases, we will coordinate with your specialist or hospital team and continue to manage your overall care.

  • Can I enroll my children in Guardian Health Direct?

  • How do I cancel my membership if I need to?
